Fettuccine in mushroom, sun dried tomato basil cream sauce & baked potato slices

whole wheat fettucine
3-4 sun dried tomatos
fresh chopped basil
baking potato
milk
butter
garlic

Potato Slices
- preheat oven to 400
- cut potato into slices
- toss potatos in tbsp olive oil, dried cayenne pepper, garlic salt, pepper, dried rosemary
- spread out potato slices on baking sheet
- bake for around 20-30 min, broil at end if not crispy

Fettuccine
- rehydrate sun dried tomatoes in hot water for 10 min
- cook fettuccine until al dente
- in hot pan add a little olive oil, mushrooms and garlic, saute until mushrooms have color
- add fettuccine, a little milk, butter, sun dried tomatoes, basil, garlic salt, pepper
- mix ingredients for a couple minutes, eat
